Rewards terms and conditions

  1. Eligibility The Treatwell Rewards scheme is open to anyone who: (i) is aged 18 or over; (ii) is resident in the United Kingdom; and (iii) has a current Treatwell account. Provided that these criteria are met, individuals will be automatically enrolled in the Treatwell Rewards scheme on registration with Treatwell.
  2. Points value
    1. Treatwell Reward scheme members ("Members") will be awarded one Reward Point for every £1 spent on Eligible Bookings and Eligible Purchases. The points per £1 value of Reward Points may vary during special promotions at our discretion. One Reward Point has a monetary value of £0.10. Reward Points are not transferable for cash. Treatwell Gift Card purchases are not eligible to earn Reward Points.
    2. Members can also earn Reward 25 points by submitting a review to the Treatwell website, provided that it is verified by Treatwell as a genuine review.
  3. Collecting points
    1. Members can begin earning Reward Points as soon as they have been enrolled to the Treatwell Rewards scheme.
    2. Reward Points are held as pending points for three days after an Eligible appointment Booking is made with a debit/credit card, and fourteen days after an eVoucher purchase. After the three or fourteen day period has elapsed, the pending points will be credited to a Member's Reward Points account. If a Member's appointment booking is rescheduled, points will be credited three days after the completed appointment.
    3. Bookings that are paid for at the venue at the time of visit or that are cancelled by the Member or by the spa / venue do not earn any Reward Points.
    4. If a Member makes an Eligible Booking using Reward Points and it is cancelled by the Member or the spa / venue, Treatwell will refund those Reward Points back to the Member's account within seven days.
    5. Reward Points cannot be purchased or obtained in credit from other promotions.
  4. Redeeming points
    1. Once a Member has accumulated 250 Reward Points, the Member will receive a £25 reward which will be available at checkout. If a Member earns more than 250 Reward Points, the Member's reward will increase by £0.10 for each Reward Point earned. This is valid for Eligible Bookings and Eligible Purchases only. Reward Points can only be redeemed by a Member if they have earned 250 or more Reward Points.
    2. If a Member redeems a reward against an Eligible Booking with a value of less than £25, the Member's unused points will remain in their account until the Member has accumulated 250 Reward Points again.
    3. If the total price of an Eligible Purchase exceeds the value of the Member's current redeemable Reward Points balance (and subject to 4.1 above), the Member must pay the excess using an alternative method (credit/debit card).
    4. Members cannot use a discount code and redeem Reward Points for the same Eligible Booking or Eligible Purchase.
  5. No Transfers Reward Points cannot be transferred from a Member to another Member's account.
  6. Expiry of Reward points Reward Points are only valid for a period of 12 months from the date on which the Reward Points are earned, or (if later) the date on which they have been converted from pending points to full points under paragraph 3.2 above. After expiry of that 12 month period, the Reward Points will expire. If a Member has earned sufficient points to claim a £25 reward, but a portion of Reward Points earned subsequently expires, the £25 reward will no longer be available until 250 or more Reward Points have again been earned.
  7. Suspension / termination of accounts If we suspect illegal or fraudulent activity of any Member in relation to the Treatwell Rewards scheme, we may suspend and/or terminate the Member's right to earn or redeem Reward Points.
  8. Termination of the Treatwell Rewards scheme
    1. Treatwell reserves the right to amend or cancel the Treatwell Rewards scheme at its discretion.
    2. If the Treatwell Rewards scheme is terminated, Treatwell will: (a) give reasonable notice of such termination to its Members by email; and (b) honour all non-expired Reward Points earned up until its termination which can be redeemed on Eligible Purchases. However, it will not be possible to earn Reward Points are termination of the Treatwell Rewards scheme.
  9. Promoter The promoter of the Treatwell Rewards scheme is Hotspring Ventures Limited (trading as Treatwell), 16 Charles II Street (c/o Calder & Co), London SW1Y 4NW.
  10. Promoter's liability Except that Treatwell does not exclude or limit its liability for personal injury or death caused by its negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that may not, by law, be limited or excluded, the Promoter accepts no liability in relation to an individual's participation (or inability to participate) in the Treatwell Rewards scheme to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  11. Severability If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these Terms and Conditions shall be unaffected and shall remain in force.
  12. Governing law and jurisdiction
    1. The Treatwell Rewards scheme and these terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute between you and Treatwell regarding the Treatwell Rewards scheme and/or these terms and conditions will be dealt with by the English courts, provided that, if you live in a part of the United Kingdom other than England, the applicable law of that part of the United Kingdom will govern and any dispute will only be dealt with by the courts there.
    2. Treatwell's decision on all matters relating to the Treatwell Rewards scheme will be final. Any dispute not covered by these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by Treatwell's management and, subject to paragraph 13(a), that decision will be binding.
  13. Data protection Any information that you submit to Treatwell in relation to the Treatwell Rewards scheme will be used by Treatwell as data controller subject to the Privacy Policy
